Happy Holiday Everyone

Today is my last day of working for the year 2011. My working shift will be end at 7.15am tomorrow morning and I am impatiently cannot wait for it because  my husband and I will be shopping for Christmas tomorrow.

YESSS..CHRISTMAS IS COMING SOON yuolls!

We looking forward this opportunity to buy new Christmas ornaments, Christmas gifts, outfits and many more. This year is the first Christmas for Amber too followed by her baptism and her birthday soon.

We will leave year 2011 very soon. There were too many things had happened in my life and I would like to Thank God for the blessings through out the year, from the moment I wake up till the end of the day, God blessed me for giving me good health, blessed me on the roads, during stressful hours, during decision making, and when I needed inspiration. Every end of month I receive my hard earned salary on time and even though I wanted more, God gives enough for myself and family.

I thank you God, through Jesus Christ.. Amen.

TO EVERYONE

How I Spend My November's Salary

 It has been so long I did not buy new clothes. I'm already tired and fed up wearing the same old clothes in the closet. No wonder every time I want to go out or to work, I took time finding clothes to be worn. Many of them doesn’t fit anymore and some of it old enough and I’m afraid people might get bore seeing me wearing the same old cloth.

(I’m bore too) 

I remembered I also don’t have new office wear. That is why I bought two pieces.

Actually I want to buy 3 pieces but they do not have the size I want. So I reluctantly feel forced to forget it and turn my eyes to others. It seems that I need to sew a new skirt to match to my new blouses. Each blouse cost me RM59.90.

Beside those blouses, I also have bought these cute little t-shirts. I really love it and moreover it's cheap. It's only for RM 9.90 each. If possible, I also want to buy more than 2 pieces, but only these two caught my eyes.

And today, I am wearing the new blouse-purple in color match to my black A-Line Skirt (which I sew 6 months ago).

When I sit on my chair, then I begin to realize this:

True Blood & The Curry Puff

Having breakfast already? I did.

Want to know what is my breakfast this morning? I made Sardine Puff or easy to say Karipap Sardin

…erm..erm..yummy…

I never thought that I could make such a delicious curry puffs. Puji diri sendiri la tuh! Actually, I made these sardine puff last night 10.30pm .. 10.30pm?! what are you thinking? There was something that makes me suddenly feel like to make sardine puffs at late night. You want to know why? It is because, last night was a Thursday night, a night that I awaited most. What do you think I was waiting for?

Jeng .. jeng .. Thursday night is the night I meet with the vampires. Vampire??! Where? You must be kidding? No, I’m not pulling your legs. I met them on every Thursday night at 10pm on Channel 411. Gushhh ... You are talking about True Blood S4, aren’t you?

Yes, indeed ..

But yesterday, the show has been retimed to 11.55pm. At first I thought that I had missed an episode and it makes me feel a little disappointed because if can, I do not want to miss any episode. Now, my hubby says he could not download the movie through broadband because all the media were barred. Fortunately, I’m not missing  any episode so far.

While waiting for True Blood to be air, I need to do something, so I made curry puffs. When the dough is ready, I went to 16 hours KK Mart to buy a King cup, lemon and chillies.

The recipe is very simple, you can google in the internet. The dough that I made just produces 9 pieces only because I only use 1 cup of flour.

How I Remove The Whitehead

I have problems with whitehead on my nose and chin. I always sat in front of the mirror for a long time squeezing out the stubborn whitehead of my nose which sometimes causing abrasions to my skin. When the skin heals, it will flake off and make my nose look hideous.

I've tried using white egg to remove the whitehead as they say is cheaper. Personally I do not like this method because:

(1) Takes time to wait for the cotton moistened with white egg to dry on the skin.

(2) I do not like the fishy odour

(3) Should be done more than once.

(4) Not all parts of the nose can be mounted with cotton.

(5) Cannot do on the chin.

Many other ways that we can use to remove whitehead such as masker, but I prefer to use EXFOLIATOR GEL.

My way is simple. Apply exfoliator gel onto your dry skin and rub in circular motions for a while. Then scrape it with nails (do it gently so that your skin would not get wounds). After that, wet some towels and rub gently on the skin above. Finally rinse off with water then dry with a dry towel. It only takes less than 10 minutes but the result is very satisfactory. My make-up will be more smooth and perfect.

My First Sewing Book

These books are my first sewing book collection. I got these books two weeks ago. Actually my colleagues bought its for me when she went back to KL. For your information, this type of book is difficult or rarely found in Kuching.

For now, I have not had time to try the knowledge contained in the book. Furthermore, my sewing projects are still a lot that have not been implemented. I am also puzzled as there are other sewing projects which should come first.

Now my heart is puzzled to think of what clothes I should wear for my husband's Family Day dinner on this coming 25th. With the current body shape, it is difficult to find clothes that fit and nice to wear. Not like before giving birth, it is very easy to find nice clothes. But what could I do, the weight also difficult to go down. Right now, I can only hope that this week I will be able to find suitable cloth to wear. The most important thing is, I want to look nice on that day.

Fried Suu un/Vermecelli

This evening I do not know what to eat. In my mind I have thought of Fried Bihun but I  don’t have bihun at home. I was too lazy to go out to buy the goods as it was raining heavily outside. Finally, I cook whatever I have at home.

To replace the bihun, I was using vermecelli. My parent called it raksa or suu un and I don’t know where they gets the name.

My First Ever Tupperware

These are the first Tupperware I have ever bought.

Yes, it’s true…It’s so ‘many years’ late……sob sob sob L pity me.

Before this I never buy any product from Tupperware. I normally buying and using common

 containers sold in the market because it’s cheap and easy to get whenever I want.

But today I broke my tradition by buying Tupperware’s containers from one of the clerk at my

 workplace. Maybe next time, I would like to add my Tupperware collection.

How I Spend My October's Salary

It’s has been so long I do not wear wrist watch after my beloved Alba has been damaged last year. So today I decided to buy a new watch. The places that I went this afternoon are Giant Stutong, Boulevard, Parkson Grand Riverside and then go back again to Giant Stutong. Once I satisfied then I finally made the decision to buy Elle’s watch at the Times Galerie, Giant Stutong.

If That's God Will

Do you remember my post entitled WTH? Can’t remember? Let me return your memory.  It's about my lilies flower which was almost died after the caterpillar's attack. At that time I was very disappointed when I thought it will die. But I was surprised because a few days ago, I began to realize that the lilies produce new leaves and few buds. OMG! How I am very happy to see it. Look.

Similar to our life as a humankind. I just could not believe when I saw my father was able to stand and walk even using stick. My father felt ill since December last year. If people asked me what illness he was having, I was not sure with my answer. Some are predicting that my father has been bewitched, some said this and some said that. But my father certainly did having gouts all this while.

Seeing his serious condition at that time, me and my siblings did have a feeling that we would lose him. I was at that time had just gave birth to Amber. My father is a person who is very concerned with her grandchildren. I felt slightly aggrieved when my father could not visit my newborn as he always did to his other grandchildren.

It was then that we know the relatives, family’s friend and even our own siblings about their attitude and behavior when handling this matter. No need for me to tell you about it because it can cause anger and frustration in my heart. By the way, I do not want to aggravate people.

Now me and my family just pray hardly to Our Father In Heaven and hope that my father will recover as before he fell ill. If that's what God will, anything can happen.

Agh… I feel so lazy today.

but I do not have time to update my post as these few weeks my Amber was not feeling well as she got measle+fever +flu +cough.

Poor Amber, she is getting thinner. But now,

Halleluya, Praise to the Lord,

Amber is getting healthy. The black spots on her body have been decreasing.

Today Amber will go to the clinic for injection. Amber’s dad and her grandma are going to send Amber to the clinic because mummy Amber is working today.

There is another thing that I mind telling you. Yesterday I accidentally deleted the pictures which I supposed to upload in this blog.

I feel so resentful, but nothing I can do. No…I lied..haha, some of the deleted pictures can be replace by taking new picture, but some of its cannot. See whether I feel free to take new picture, then I will tell you..okey…

Frankly speaking, I am not satisfied with the result.

The cutting on the waist is too high, which I was not quite like in high-cut trousers at the waist.

I should use 5inch zip instead of 4inch. Another thing is, maybe I should reduce the length of crotch line to make it more fit to my body.

WTH!!

Dear Myvirtualove,  I supposed to tell you this on the 29th Sept 2011 because it’s happened on that day. But I was very busy finishing my work and it has caused me short of time to write to you that day.

Now here’s the story......

“I thought I want to take a nap after returning from the morning shift this afternoon. But something was blocking me from doing so. I was so shocked and a little bit down when I saw my lily plants have become like this:

 

At first, I wondered whose had done such damages to my lilies.

After flipping the leaves,

... jeng jeng jeng ...

I have found them!...my enemies! ....

Could you believe that there were about 20 of them, eating and ruining the  plants with no mercy? Look at this picture ... so disgusting.

Fortunately I have notice earlier about their presence before they could damage the other vases.

To prevent things like this happen again, I will take revenge against all of you. You deserve this.
